Agradoot – Youth Leadership Program
Discover the hidden leader within you! Agradoot program helps youth identify their leadership potential, build social awareness, and develop the skills, attitudes, and motivation to lead. Through real-world challenges, leadership training, and interaction with inspiring leaders, participants gain exposure to leadership and social engagement. Agradoot offers youth aged 18–25 an opportunity to explore their potential and take their first steps toward meaningful leadership.

Agradoot program
Agradoot follows a three-stage leadership development model that moves participants from potential identification to social action.
Leadership Identification
Participants undergo a two-round selection process through individual challenges and group activities conducted across different tehsil locations.
Training
Selected participants attend a 4-day residential leadership training camp, where practitioners conduct skill-building sessions and social leaders share their experiences.
Social Projects
Participants identify a locally relevant social issue, form teams, and initiate small-scale activities addressing community challenges.
