Leadership Foundation and UPSC Preparatory Comprehensive Course
Jnana Prabodhini Leadership Development Centre facilitates the youth who want to work in the administrative field with socially oriented, efficient and ethical attitude.
This is done by the ‘Foundation and Preparatory Course’ conducted jointly by the Leadership Development Centre and Competitive Examination Centre.
Agradoot – Youth Leadership Program (College Students)
Discover the hidden leader within you! Jnana Prabodhini’s Agradoot project helps youth identify their leadership potential, build social awareness, and develop the skills, attitudes, and motivation to lead. Through real-world challenges, leadership training, and interaction with inspiring leaders, participants gain exposure to leadership and social engagement. Agradoot offers youth aged 18–25 an opportunity to explore their potential and take their first steps toward meaningful leadership.
Agradoot – Leadership Program For Social Workers
AGRADOOT is a value-based youth leadership and social transformation initiative by Jnana Prabodhini, Leadership Development Centre designed to nurture socially conscious, action-oriented Social Workers from different NGOs across Maharashtra. The project aims to identify, train, and support Social Workers who are committed to contributing to society through grassroots leadership, volunteering, and community engagement.
